    Cook Mushrooms in Butter Over Low to Medium Heat For 4-5 Minutes or Until Tender; Set Aside.

    Combine Eggs, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Parmesan, Flour Onion Powder and Hot Sauce in a Blender.
