Crustless Spinach Quiche,This simple-to-make quiche is great for a simple dinner or lunch with green salad. Recipe was adapted from Bon Appetit (January 1981).,It’s crazy how simple this quiche is and yet it’s so so good! It would be great for a weekend brunch or quick weekday breakfast. The best part is that it’s completely versatile, so you can really add to it anything you have on hand! I’ll be making it again and again, I’m sure.
