Cube Steaks Au Poivre

Features:
    Cuisine:

WAAAAY TOO SALTY! Will make it again as I think the recipe has great potential. I doubled the sauce recipe as recommended and I estimate the doubled recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Next time, no pre-seasoning meat, cut salt to 1/2 tsp for the double recipe more can be added at the end before serving if needed but I think the butter and Worcester Sauce has plenty of salt already. I did incorporate 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water to thicken it up a bit.
