Cube Steaks Baked in Gravy, After looking over all the cube steak recipes this is what I came up with My family loved these and now they want cube steaks at least once a week!! Fork tender you don’t need a knife for these! Mashed potatoes go well with these , *i didnt use mushroom soup or cream of mushroom I did a milk/egg wash dip for 5 min Seasoned with salt, pepper and onion powder Lightly dredged the cubesteaks Cooked on med-high 4min on each side with EVOO (Sauteed onions, mushrooms and garlic in pan also) Transferred CS to oven pan And for the gravy used 2 packs of brown gravy mix (Instead of mushroom soup or cream of mushroom), added 1 cp water into pan with onions and garlic and gravy mix Added pepper and LIGHTLY salted Added 1-2 Tbs Worcester sauce Mixed well (You can add less or more water depending on how thick or saucy you want it) Poured over cubesteak in oven pan , covered and cooked at 375f for 45-60min Served over red mashed potatoes with squash and collard greens OMG ??, Can I bake cube steak without browning both sides

Brown the Cube Steaks in 1 Tablespoon Butter, Until Browned on Both Sides. |

Transfer the Browned Cube Steaks to a Covered Casserole Dish. |

Saute the Onions and Mushrooms in Remaining Tablespoon Butter Until Softened About 5-6 Minutes. |

Place the Mushroom/Onion Mixture Over the Browned Cube Steaks in Casserole Dish. |

Mix the Soups Until Well Combined, Add the Minced Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, Kitchen Bouquet Stirring Until Well Combined. |

Pour Mixture Over Cube Steaks and Mushroom Onion Mixture. |

Place in Preheated 350f Oven, Covered and Bake For 2 Hours. |
