Cubed Pork With Apples and Onions and Raisins,A quick & easy recipe, but a fantastic combo, mildy sweet, with a gentle perk.,Recipe states to add soy sauce, but there is no mention of it in the ingredient list. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, no listing of “apple/s.” Very poorly written recipe.,I always tweak recipes..since I’m trying to cut down on meat used 4 apples 2 onions and loads of garlic, craisins and to get more sauce I added gingerale and ginger powder along with more butter to thicken it. I served it over rice and on top of the rice I put raw baby spinach then layered to pork saute on top..it was delicious. I also cubed the pork first then gave it a quick fry in butter. I also used no salt since the low sodium soy sauce that used was enough salt for us. It was quick and easy and delicious.
