Cumin Potatoes, This is a regular family favourite that we serve with Moroccan or Lebanese style meals. Or Greek or Italian-whatever we feel like I guess! And we love these so much, 2 spuds each is almost not enough!, Excellent, I cut this way down using only 1 big russet for the 2 of us. trying to lose some weight. It was delicious. I love the cumin taste on the potato — I never thought to use cumin. I’ve used chili powder and cayenne pepper so now I have a third choice. YUM!

Peel the Potatoes and Cut Into 2cm Cubes. |
