Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches,These tea sandwiches have chewey dried cranberries and crunchy pecans, the sweetness of apple and the spiciness of curry on heart-shaped bread.,First of all, I would like to comment that tea sandwiches are meant to be dainty and easy to handle without filling falling out or crumbs landing everywhere. Often these were handle by women with gloves so they needed to be neat not messy. Therefore, I would try to homogenize this mixture as much as possible to ensure that filling does not fall out, etc. using a blender or motar and pestle. The mixture is lovely and perfectly measured as far as I am concerned and I would only make the above adjustment in order that they may be more enjoyable to consume.,This was awesome, everyone raved about it. I served it open-faced, without using cookie cutters, on a split multigrain Sandwich Thin, then cut into quarters, with a black olive stuck into most with a toothpick. Very beautiful and so tasty.
