Curry Chicken from Scratch,This recipe is from the blog Maria’s Farm Country Kitchen. It’s not too spicy, but if you like more heat you can add more spice. It should be served over cooked basmati rice.,I wish I could give this a better rating, but to me it just lacked flavor. I didn’t expect a spicy curry from this recipe, but even so, I was somewhat disapointed. I did add extra chili and it still was pretty flat. It might be good for children, or for first time curry tasters, but I don’t think I will be making it again. Sorry :(,This is very flavorful, and wasn’t too spicy for my son. used boneless chicken breasts, and added half canned and half fresh tomatoes. Thanks for posting! Made for the Lively Lemon Lovelies, ZWT8.
