Curry Scallops, Nice way to enjoy scallops The use of flour with curry powder might sound unusual because of the natural thickening effect of the curry, but I find it gives a bit of bulk to the curry without making it too strong , It was a bit bland Not a lot of taste I added half a chili and a tablespoon of tomato sauce , this was very tasty! we did it the first time with regular curry – excellent! the second time we made it we used hot curry and it was even better!
