Cynthias Crustless Quiche Muffins, I haven’t tried this one, but it sounds sooo good! It also sounds like a great low carb breakfast for on the go people , use this recipe fairly frequently, very good! I usually use whatever cheese I have (most of the time it’s mozzarella) and spinach and omit the other vegetables and meat I’ve used sausage and bacon in the past, but prefer it with just vegetables , I did try them! They were Yummy
