    D c Chicken Salad, This is a knock-off of the Corner Bakery D C Chicken Salad I’ve tried it with a whole roasted chicken and it’s very tasty!, Made this multiple times & love it! Great balance of flavor and extremely simple (especially when using rotisserie chix), Couldn’t find currants at our local grocer, but dried cranberries substitute well with this recipe!!!!
