Dad’s Homemade Chocolate Pudding, My dad used to make this for us when I was little If you are a chocolate lover you will love this it’s even good on a piece of bread REALLY!!, Hi all, this is a Chocolate Blancmange pudding! Of course it would jell when cold, it is intended to be eaten hot Lovely with pears and cream, or ice cream ( kids would just love the snow on the top ) Very old French recipe Happy cooking, cheers ?? Ps, if cold, pop in microwave for a few seconds, stir gently and reheat until desired temperature is reached!, I was very disappointed with this recipe Usually recipes with rave reviews are great but this one is clearly an exception The biggest problem was that there was almost no taste, I could barely taste the chocolate Also, about an hour after I made it, it congealed and formed a thick jelly, thicker than jello I definitely recommend finding a diferrent recipe
