This smoothie is great to drink in the winter time because it provides one and a half times your recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C. It’s healthy and is very yummy..give it a try!,I halved this recipe & had it for lunch today. used a cran-raspberry juice blend and vanilla yogurt to replace the strawberry. A really nice juice-blend smoothie that I will definitely make again. Made for Let’s Party-Dec ’09.
