Danish Pork Burgers

Features:
    Cuisine:

These pork burgers were very tasty. They reminded us of a good quality pork sausage. They did firm up a bit during cooking. They were wonderful served with leek confit, caraway noodles, sweet potato wedges and corn. Made for CQ4- Scandinavia.
