Date-Filled Cookies, This is a unique family recipe that is originally from my great, great aunt. I have not tried it, but submitted it in response to a request. I’m sorry I don’t know the serving size or exactly how long it takes to bake!, @Kree6528 would you be related to a Kate Barker of Elmira by any chance? My husband’s great grandmother received a similar recipe years ago but part of it was illegible so I’ve been searching the internet and came across this one, which has got me very excited!, The dough was way too wet. Wasted half of it trying to roll it out. Much more flour needed!
