Day After Thanksgiving (Or Christmas) Turkey Wellington, This is a great way to use up some of your Thanksgiving and or Christmas leftovers , We LOVED this recipe! I prepared it slightly different by putting it in a pie dish with puff pastry on top and bottom Served with gravy and a salad Fantastic! Thanks so much Carla!, Totally yum, pretty & fast! Perfect for serving letovers to friends who pop in w/o them looking like leftovers (our favorite this time of year!) Thanks for a keeper – from back in the day (LOL)
