White Chocolate and Hazelnut Ball, From a free recipe book given out by Philadelphia Cheese (on the purchase of of 3 products) They classify this as a dessert but I think could be served as a sweet appertiser Chill time not included in timing , This is a very tasty dessert and looks pretty, too Very nice for winter entertaining as it does resemble a snowball quite a bit 🙂 I left out the icing sugar, added some ground vanilla bean seeds and used ground nuts in place of the chopped ones That worked out nicely Somehow my ball was a bit too wet and really sticky, so next time Ill try reducing the white choc a tad to see if that does the trick I think this is only as good as the white chocolate you use, so get the good stuff and you have an easy, impressive and tasty dessert :)THANKS FOR SHARING PAT!
