Decadent White Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle Balls

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is a very tasty dessert and looks pretty, too. Very nice for winter entertaining as it does resemble a snowball quite a bit. :) I left out the icing sugar, added some ground vanilla bean seeds and used ground nuts in place of the chopped ones. That worked out nicely. Somehow my ball was a bit too wet and really sticky, so next time Ill try reducing the white choc a tad to see if that does the trick.I think this is only as good as the white chocolate you use, so get the good stuff and you have an easy, impressive and tasty dessert. :)THANKS FOR SHARING PAT!
