    Deep Fried Mashed Potatoes, A twist on Mashed Potatoes, After you freeze them how do you get them all not to melt before you can fry them I usually get the first 2 batches into the frier before the rest turn to mush and have to be thrown away which stinks because they are so good when they work out, Next time I am gonna make them in the morning freeze for an hour batter them and refreeze them so I can just throw the in the fryer when I need them
