    Exactly what I was looking for; results were perfect. I did two fryers at the same time so doubled recipe; I kept my gas rotisserie around 325-350 for approximately 2 hours (for 160 breast temp). and added about 1" water to drip pan. While I might experiment with different seasonings, this recipe is my new favorite go-to for rotisserie chicken.

    Deli Rotisserie Chicken,I have a George Foreman rotisserie and love the way everything comes out of it. This recipe makes the chicken juicy and skin crispy. Does not include marinade time.,Exactly what I was looking for; results were perfect.     Wash Chicken Inside and Out, Drying With Paper Towels.
