I did two fryers at the same time so doubled recipe; I kept my gas rotisserie around 325-350 for approximately 2 hours (for 160 breast temp). and added about 1" water to drip pan. While I might experiment with different seasonings, this recipe is my new favorite go-to for rotisserie chicken.
