1 medium onion chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
200 g chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

3 fresh green chilies chopped
3 fresh red chilies chopped

    Heat the Olive Oil or Ghee in a Wok.

    When the Oil Is Hot Add the Cumin Seeds.

    When the Seeds Begin to Pop Add the Onions and Garlic and Stir Fry For About 5 Minutes Until Brown.

    Stir in the Tomatoes, Chili Powder, Turmeric and Salt Then Add the Beans and Fresh Chilis.

    Stir Well, Cover and Cook For Around 5 Minutes.

    Then Slowly Add the Yoghurt, Re-Cover and Cook For a Further 5 Minutes.

    Serve Garnished With Fresh Coriander Leaf.
