Tasty Tortilla Breakfast Sandwich, This is an easy thing to fix if you’re in a hurry but still want something tasty and healthy for breakfast You can be flexible with the fillings used eggs, American cheese, chopped onion, ham and tomato This is baked in the oven and turns out to be like a Hot Pocket, but it is much better for you You can also make a bunch of these ahead of time and freeze Then to reheat, just pop in the microwave for a minute , Sundried Roma tomatoes in olive oil instead of fresh tomatoes Excellent! Also fresh spinach and feta scrambled into eggs Avocado is good, too Works well for diabetic breakfast! Very versatile , Oh, this is one of my go-to lunch wraps, but use some salsa instead of the tomatoes and I nuke them to speed up the cooking process Just wrap the assembled wrap in paper towels (seam side up) and put in the microwave at 50% power for about 20-30 seconds (increase by 10 second intervals, until the cheese is melted), unwrap and enjoy! You do have to adjust the time according to the ingredients you used Very good with sausage, too, but cook it first before adding to the wrap
