Delicious Corn Muffins,These delicious corn muffins were served at Kenny Roger’s restaurant. I found the recipe on “Top Secret Recipes”. I love to serve them with BBQ. They are so good it is almost like eating a dessert.,Didnt change a thing even my daughter and husband loved them,I made these for my son’s school Thanksgiving celebration. They are very tasty – I prefer a slightly more “corn-y” and less cake-y muffin though – and make no mistake, these are very sweet. The frozen corn kernels are a great touch.
