Super Tasty White Bean Hummus, This is my version of white bean hummus After trying many different recipes, this one worked best for me I like the smooth consistency and hint of spice This does have cayenne, but don’t worry it is not hot at all It really makes this dip something special and adds another dimension My whole family loves this with toasted pita and veggies This recipe makes a very large batch , This hummus is delicious! I only used 1/4 tsp cumin because I was afraid it might overpower the hummus and didn’t want that, but next time I will be sure to add more I didn’t add the salt (low sodium soy sauce was enough) The soy sauce is actually a great touch! I’m not a big hummus eater, but I can eat this by itself (which I have been) It’s tangy from the fresh garlic alone and I couldn’t detect any heat from the cayenne Definitely will be making this again and often!
