Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion (can be green onion for a milder taste)
1/2 package thawed and drained frozen chopped spinach (more if you like spinach, less if you don't)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup of choice cheese (can be mozza, jack, or use feta)
1 teaspoon cayenne (or seasoning salt for a milder alternative)

    In a Large Mixing Bowl Mix All the Ingredients Together Really Well (leaving 1/3 Cup of Cheddar For the Top).

    Put in Greased Over Ready Dish (glass, China, Anything but a Pan or Tin).

    Top With Remaining Cheddar.

    Bake For 15 Minute at 375.

    Make Sure It's Bubbling! Remove and Let Rest For 5 Minutes.
