Delicious Garlicky Garlic Butter

    I nuked the butter with the garlic as suggested. Super yummy! I put it together to make garlictoast, but it was so delicious, I didn't wait for toast - I just ended up dipping Italian bread directly into it. Now I have shrimp on my grocery list becaue this tastes like the ideal scampi butter. Thank you!

I absolutly love garlic butter used this recipe to make my shrimp scampi for Valentines 2005 It can also be used to flavor baked chicken, mashed potatoes, or even french bread The possibilities are endless Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did!, I nuked the butter with the garlic as suggested Super yummy!
