Delicious Grilled Chicken Marinade, This is the most delicious marinade for large amounts of chicken that you are going to grill I originally came up with this recipe when I was looking for a better marinade at culinary school, so the original recipe called for a bottle of Lea & Perrins, and a cup of veg oil, But I wanted more depth of flavor then that, so I added a lot of different combinations of herbs until I came up with this one And it makes the chicken moist and delicious , Instead of salt/pepper/garlic powder, used garlic salt with flakes and Fiesta brand fajita seasoning I skipped onion powder because a family member has onion allergies I also used 2 packets of Italian seasoning (0 6 oz each) Going to cook breasts on 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (gas oven) Will review again after eating , This chicken marinade is really good! We grill it and then top it with Jack cheese (without peppers), grilled onions, tomatoes, cilantro, & feta cheese Tastes like Saltgrass’s Laredo Chicken We have served this to large crowds Very pretty, flavorful dish
