Delicious Homemade Puri!,Great, easy to make, soft puri that go well w/Aloo or Chanae or even Charisma’s amazing Semolina Halwa (I think by the name Heavenly and Sinfully divine Semolina Halwa-if I’m correct). I’ve never made puri in my life, and I’ve sneaked this recipe from a professional cook, you cannot possibly go wrong with this one. Trust me!,Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out brilliantly. Just like I had in the restaurant last night. Thank you for sharing!,Before I start I just wanted to mention that the quantity of milk mentioned here was way too little. I added half a cup of milk, and then a further cup of water to make up for it. Other than that, it is a great recipe, we usually make puris without the yoghurt, oil and milk additions so I did receive many ‘youre not supposed to be using yoghurt’ and ‘dont use whole wheat flour’ type comments whilst preparing it for ramadan iftari. However, that said – all the additions were well worth it as the puris came out great at the end and even my MIL was impressed!
