Tasty Salisbury Steak, GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! I serve the gravy over mashed potatoes with a side salad and hot rolls. Not sure of prep and cook times., Delicious! I made this on a cold, snowy day and it was the perfect comfort food. I made it exactly as written except I left out the mushrooms because I don’t care for them. The only change I might make is to double the gravy. So good!, Very good salisbury steak. It was so moist and juicy. Will make again soon. Thanks for posting.

Mix Together First 5 Ingredients and Shape Into 4 Oval Patties About 3/4" Thick. |

Cook Patties in Skillet Until Brown on Both Sides; Drain. |
