Your Favorite Yogurt Muffins, From Land O Lakes, a wonderful recipe, easily tweaked using your favorite yogurt flavor , While the texture of the muffin was perfect, the flavor was lacking used Chobani Greek yoghurt with Mango It tasted like a plain vanilla muffin, no hint of Mango at all I recommend trying to add chopped up fruit to coordinate with whatever flavor yogurt you are using I will try that next time and hope the addition of the fruit doesn’t change the perfect texture of the muffin The yogurt alone wasn’t enough to give them any flavor That being said, it was still a really good muffin , Great muffin! I just made a batch this morning used peach yogurt and added about a cup of diced fresh peaches I didn’t have any half and half, so subbed some milk and it worked fine I sprinkled coarse sugar on top before baking I usually make medium size muffins and the recipe made 24 muffins I will definitely be making these muffins again Thanks for posting this recipe
