Meatloaf,Delicious !! I found this recipe in a United church cookbook and decided to give it a try. It’s a keeper for sure. I had tried others looking for just the right one. My search is over. :o),I loved the texture of this recipe! I didn’t have fresh breadcrumbs so used 1/3 of a cup of dried stuffing cubes but used the full cup of milk. After about 15 mins all the milk had absorbed. I will definitely use this as a base recipe going forward!,Best meat loaf I ever made. My husband loved it. The only change I made was using Italian bread cubes (because that’s I had) and I omitted the sage. Will be making this again and again.
