Delicious Nutritious Banana Bread, This is a healthier version of our favorite banana bread recipe It has very little fat yet still moist and light The maple syrup also adds a nice depth of flavor use white whole wheat which is lighter, milder and less dense than regular whole wheat and would recommend it for this recipe King Arthur Flour carries it , I really loved this bread, it turned out perfectly for me Unfortunately I did not have pure maple syrup so I just used another 1/4 cup of honey to make up for it I also did not have ground flax seed which I would have made a lovely addition I found that this was a delicious loaf and had the right amount of sweetness for me Made for ZWT5, Dining Daredevils

Stir Together All the Wet Ingredients (first 6) in a Large Bowl. |

in a Smaller Bowl Stir Together the Dry Ingredients. |

Add Dry Ingredients to the Wet and Mix Until Basically Smooth. |

Pour Batter Into a Well Greased Loaf Pan and Place Into the Oven to Bake For 50-60 Min or Until Tooth Pick Comes Out Fairly Clean. |
