Delicious Pan-Seared Pork Steak Recipe

    Cuisine:

Loved it. I've made it twice; the first time in the oven and the sauce was a little thin. However today I made it in the crock pot with a couple of variations. 1 I added 4 peeled and quartered potatoes which I put on the bottom of the crock pot. 2 I then mixed the onion soup mix with the cream of mushroom soup and added an extra can of mushrooms plus minced garlic - 1 heaping tablespoon from the jar. I added the pork steak on top of the potatoes and poured the sauce over the top. It smelled so good while it was cooking and the potatoes thickened up the sauce. It was perfect on this cool rainy Oregon Coast day!

Yummy Pork Steak, This is such an easy meal. The sauce makes a yummy gravy to pour over the steaks., Loved it. I’ve made it twice; the first time in the oven and the sauce was a little thin. However today I made it in the crock pot with a couple of variations. 1 I added 4 peeled and quartered potatoes which I put on the bottom of the crock pot. 2 I then mixed the onion soup mix with the cream of mushroom soup and added an extra can of mushrooms plus minced garlic – 1 heaping tablespoon from the jar. I added the pork steak on top of the potatoes and poured the sauce over the top. It smelled so good while it was cooking and the potatoes thickened up the sauce. It was perfect on this cool rainy Oregon Coast day!, I did this in the oven. 350 degrees for one hour in a baking dish covered with aluminum foil. Turned out fantastic!. This will go in my regular rotation.
