Sweet and Sour Shrimp Casserole (Microwave), This looked so good and easy and you do it all in the microwave Off MSN for safe keeping , I have made this for guests several times, and everyone loves it AND SO fast and easy It tastes like the real thing or as close as an amateur can get! I look and sounds too good to be true , but it is true! Be sure to cut the onion (lengthwise vs crosswise) as the recipe directs ay so that you end up with leaves vs rings That is what makes it look and taste so authentic I sometimes throw in so frozen peas too , This was very tasty The dish was very easy to prepare in the microwave, and it went well over a bed of steaming hot white rice (as the recipe indicates) I will definitely make this again The only thing I did differently was leave out the water chestnuts (as my family doesn’t care for them at all–otherwise the recipe was followed exactly as written ) Thaks for posting a great recipe, McSally
