    Thai Coconut Rice, Creamy coconut combined with a little bite from red pepper flakes and ginger, create a delicious rice dish to accompany a wide range of entrees , used basmati rice, because that is what I had on hand, and made this in a rice cooker It was awesome I will absolutely make it again Thanks!, Made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! We made it in the rice maker with zero issues Definitely recommend adding in the Crystalized Ginger and the Sliced Almonds!
