1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated fine
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
1 - 2 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
5 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
6 flour tortillas
salt and pepper, to taste

    In a Large Bowl, Combine All Ingredients Except Chicken and Tortillas.
