Directions
Delicious Tomato Salsa (Recipe for Canning),This amazing salsa recipe is a family favorite, shared by my sister-in-law Rosanna. Great for those summer-fresh veggies! Wear gloves to avoid ‘burns’ from chopping peppers! ENJOY! Fabulous to add in some fresh cilantro and oregano also!,I made this recipe for the first time in 2019 and twice in 2020. ClearGel is not available in my town so substituted 1 small can of tomato paste and added two extra jalapeo peppers with seeds in for extra heat. This is my husbands favourite salsa recipe. I cant wait to share it with my adult children! This recipe is a keeper, for sure! ??,Did not use Roma tomatoes so used what I had in the garden. I omitted the Clear Jel. I chopped and added a bunch of cilantro. Also added some lime juice. Will make again.
