Directions
Watermelon Curry (matira),This sounds so amazing. Simple. Different. Summer fun! Could be served as an appetizer, side dish OR dessert. Adapted from “The Great Curries of India” by Camellia Panjabi.,Nice twist on a summer refreshment!,I love hot and sweet things like mango curry etc. Being an Indian, love curries. But this unique recipe was not to our liking. Did not go well with rice or naans.
