Tasty Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffins, These are made using yogurt, I sometimes use vanilla yogurt They freeze well For smaller muffins use a tin for 18 muffins , I had a large container of yogurt that I had mixed peanut butter powder that I wanted to use up This sounded like the perfect way! You can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate chips! Trying not to buy things and use up what I have on hand, so used egg substitute, regular sugar, homemade vanilla and mini semi sweet chips They turned out great!, I’ve made many chocolate chip muffins, and these ARE the best!! These were for my daughter’s 12th birthday breakfast, looked perfect with a candle in one 🙂 Oh and I subbed demerera sugar with brown sugar, great sub!

Preheat Oven to 375f and Line a 12 Piece Muffin Pan With Paper Cups. |
