Delicious Zero-Sugar Fruit Punch Delight

      A few days before needing the punch, I slice the appropriate fruit & place it in a (storage) bowl. Then I add whatever the extra from the punch (usually pink cranberry juice) to cover the fruit & place in the freezer. After making the punch, substitute the fruit/juice bowl (removed from the container, of course) for the ice. It "adds something" to the punch & doesn't water down the drink!

      Sugar Free Punch,A Sugar Free Punch that a Type 1 diabetic could drink all day long without having to take extra insulin. People with diabetes will just love you for thinking of THEM! Especially any diabetic child like mine. Do you realize a Type 1 diabetic can eat only at certain times of the day and only a certain amount of carbohydrates?
