Directions
Sweet and Spicy Vegetarian Chili, “Many chili recipes contain brown or white sugar. In this recipe, more nutritious barley malt adds a smoky, beerlike sweetness that contrasts deliciously with the spices and green chiles.” – Recipe from “Delicious Living” magazine, February 2004., Where do you get Barley Malt? I see a lot of people substituted it with corn syrup, but if I wanted to use it, where would I buy it?, Has anyone tried this in the slow cooker or in an Instant Pot? I’m wondering how long it would take in either case.
