Wonderful Apricot Cobbler,A family favorite! This cobbler has a wonderful crunchy crumb topping, with a delicious bubbly apricot center. Although I have never tryed it, you could probably make this using canned peaches in place of the apricots.,Wonder if anyone has used dried apricots (rehydrated of course) for this recipe. I think it would work! Let me know your thought! Thanks.,I would double the recipe for the topping next time or maybe find a new topping recipe.
