Delta Pear Cake,A sweet, dense, very easy snack style cake. use ripe bosc pears for this, and don’t bother with peeling them. We like this for breakfast, or afternoons with tea.,used cubed pears and macerat them in sugar, salt, and spices. The raisins I soaked in alot of bourbon. All of the liquid that came off both used. Buttered a 913 no parchment it cooked for 45 minutes. It turned out great. Don’t take a deap breath when taking it out of the oven.
