    In a Small Pot, on Low Heat, Melt the Chocolate. Reserve.

    Preheat the Oven to 350f.

    in a Large Bowl, Cream the Butter and Sugar Until Fluffy.

    Add the Eggs One at a Time, Beating Well Between Additions.

    in a Separate Bowl, Sift Together Flour and Salt.

    Beat the Dry Ingredients Into the Egg Mixture.

    Pour the Batter Into a Greased 13 X 9-Inch Pan.

    Bake For 40 Minutes, or Until a Skewer Inserted in the Side Comes Out Clean.
