Dessert Pizza

Features:
    Cuisine:

My daughter-in-law and I made this for my grandson's second birthday party. It was a HUGE hit. We used Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix, but you could use refrigerated dough, or make your own. You can also put just about any fruit topping on it as well. We bought mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits, but really liked the way it looked without them, so we left them off. My sister takes this same basic idea and makes little individual pizzas when she has special occasions. You can really use your imagination here...chocolate chips, red licorice, M&Ms....the sky's the limit! (The fruit is my favorite though!)
