Dijon Beets, 0 grams of fat and so good! These are great with many different meals-beef, chicken, etc Very colourful-elegant-HEALTHY!!!, If you add the dressing to the beets, is it good the next day? Or better to save the beets and add the dressing the next day?, I decreased the sugar by 1/2 I really enjoyed the beets, One time I doubled the marinade ( still decreasing the sugar) Both were wonderful I like the recipe better the next day, I prefer this with something light like fish or chicken I think beef is a bit heavy for it
