Dijon Broccoli

Features:
    Cuisine:

Nice addition to the broccoli, instead of mayo. Made for a delicous vegetable that went well with the ham. Instead of Dijon mustard used some homemade horseradish mustard and this turned out nicely. Would use less vinegar so that the mustard taste would come thru more next time. But I enjoyed this very much. Thank you Mille for posting.
