Dijon Chicken with Panko Crust, This is a very good and tasty recipe, takes only 30 minutes to prepare Panko is available in well-stocked supermarkets and Asian grocery stores The recipe comes from Sunset , SO good! Instead of dijon, i made my own honey mustard sauce for the chicken coating, and for the side It turned out awesome! So flavourful and the chicken stayed nice and juicy 🙂 i turned the temp down to between 450 & 500 cooked it for 8-9 minutes on each side Great recipe! Will definitely make this often, Enjoyed this Chicken came out flavorful (you can taste the Dijon) and crisp I may reduce the oven temperature , turn halfway through (my oven might run hot) and cook a little longer just to get more even browning I didn’t try the sauce
