Dill Pickle Dip, This is better than any store-bought dip I have ever tried use light cream cheese, but feel free to use regular for added richness , Why does the picture show what looks like chunks of something? Wondering as the recipe says to finely chopped pickles , Good dip but I am yearning for a little more tang Maybe I’ll add garlic power or double the onions used an entire 24 oz jar for the pickles and put the whole thing in the food processor The dip looked fine, but maybe I’ll try to hand chop the pickles to get a burst of pickle in each bite
