Dilled White Bean and Grape Tomato Salad,From the June, 2010 issue of Bon Appetite. This is a refreshing summer salad in which the dill and balsamic vinegar truly give a lift. It is best prepared a day in advance, and will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.,This recipe has it all: delicious, goes together quickly, commonly available ingredients, make ahead, and it is different from other bean salads. used basil as the herb instead of dill and it became distinctly mediterranean. Tres chique!,This was very good. I prefer sweet onion over red so made that substitution but followed the recipe as written. An excellent salad for getting more fiber in your diet. The dill and lemon made for a very fresh, mild taste that we enjoyed.
